Introduction

Driven Software Solutions Inc. ("Driven," “we,” “our,” “us”) provides a data aggregation and analytics platform that helps organizations evaluate operational performance through standardized KPIs, dashboards, and reporting. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information across all of Driven’s services, including any customer-authorized integrations with external platforms.

By using our services or configuring any third-party integration, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Data Provided by Customers

We collect information customers voluntarily provide, including:

  • Organization information
  • Administrative user details
  • Configuration settings
  • Integration preferences
  • KPI definitions and business rules

B. Data Retrieved from Authorized Third-Party Services

With explicit customer authorization, Driven retrieves data from integrated external platforms. Examples may include:

  • Employee or agent profiles (names, extensions, emails, internal IDs)
  • Operational logs (events, activities, call logs, work time, status changes)
  • Scheduling, performance, or transactional data
  • Metadata necessary for analytics and KPI computation

All external data is retrieved strictly in read-only mode and never modified at its source.

C. Automatically Collected Data

We also collect internally:

  • System logs
  • API performance data
  • Diagnostics
  • Error reports
  • Authentication events
  • Usage telemetry (non-personal unless otherwise permitted)

We do not collect audio, video, chat content, meeting recordings, or any sensitive biometric data.

2. How We Use Information

We use customer data for:

A. KPI Calculation & Analytics

Transforming raw operational data into normalized metrics, benchmarks, and performance indicators.

B. Data Mapping & ETL Processing

Extracting, transforming, and loading data across various systems for consistent analysis.

C. Customer-Facing Dashboards & Reporting

Displaying aggregated results, trends, and insights to authorized customer users.

D. Troubleshooting & Auditing

Temporarily storing raw payloads for validation, issue resolution, and diagnostic accuracy.

E. Service Improvement

Improving system reliability, scalability, and feature quality based on anonymized telemetry.

We do not sell or share customer data with advertisers.

3. Data Storage & Retention

  • Service authentication secrets (OAuth tokens, API credentials) are encrypted at rest.
  • Other customer data is stored in our databases without additional encryption, unless provided by the underlying storage platform.
  • Raw third-party API payloads may be retained for up to 30 days.
  • Transformed KPI data may be retained indefinitely at Driven’s discretion, including after service termination, except where legally restricted.

Customers may formally request their data be removed in writing, and Driven will delete data in accordance with applicable obligations.

4. Security

Driven implements industry-standard security practices, including secure credential storage, access controls, user authentication, and ongoing maintenance. Although we take reasonable precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Customer Rights

Customers may:

  • Disconnect integrations at any time
  • Request copies of their stored data
  • Request deletion of data with formal written notice

Disconnecting an integration immediately stops future data retrieval for that integration.

6. Data Sharing

We only share data:

  • With the owning customer and authorized users under the customer
  • With essential service providers (e.g., hosting infrastructure) under confidentiality
  • With Driven employees as part of onboarding, data troubleshooting, and internal auditing
  • With business coaches, mentors, and similar providers authorized by the customer
  • As required by law

Disconnecting an integration immediately stops future data retrieval for that integration.
